  • All orders are subject to confirmation, and we’ll provide final details once everything is locked in.

  • We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions wherever possible. Please provide these details when placing your order.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 48 hours before delivery. For last-minute orders, full payment is required upfront.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if made at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Changes to your order can be accommodated up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability.

Delivery & Setup

​

  • We deliver directly to your event location or office and can provide setup for grazing tables or special presentations upon request.

  • Standard delivery fees apply, and rates vary based on location.

Serving & Food Safety

​

  • We recommend serving your food immediately upon delivery to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Any leftovers should be refrigerated promptly and consumed within 24 hours.

Issues or Concerns

  • If something isn’t right, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Proof of the issue (such as photos or descriptions) will be required for us to resolve it.
