How do I get started with placing an order?It’s easy! Just head over to our Order Now page, browse our menu, and select what tickles your fancy. If you have any special requests or need help deciding, or would like to view our corporate menu for ongoing clients, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make your catering experience as seamless and delightful as possible.

What’s your cancellation policy?We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel your order, just give us as much notice as possible. For a full refund, we require at least 72 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, a partial refund may be available, but within 24 hours, we’re afraid the full cost applies, as we’ll have already started prepping your order with the love and care we’re known for.

Can you handle last-minute orders?We love a challenge, but let’s be real—quality takes time. To make sure we deliver the best possible experience, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you find yourself in a pinch, give us a call. We’ll do our best to work some magic and accommodate your needs.

Is everything in the box handmade?Absolutely! Every dip, cracker, bread, antipasti, and dessert is crafted in-house by our expert chefs. We don’t take shortcuts or rely on store-bought items. Each box is a reflection of our culinary expertise, passion for great food, and commitment to quality - just like you’d make at home (if you had a chef’s touch 😉).

What days and times do you deliver?We’ve got you covered! Corporate Orders: Delivered Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, based on your preferences. Private or One-Off Orders: Delivered Saturday and Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. While we can’t accommodate specific time requests for private orders, you’ll receive a text on the day with your delivery window, so you’re always in the know. All food is prepared fresh on the morning of your delivery, ensuring it arrives at its absolute best—ready to impress and enjoy!

What areas do you deliver to?We deliver across Greater Melbourne, making sure your morning teas, cakes, grazing tables, and work-from-home boxes arrive fresh and on time. If you’re not sure whether we deliver to your area, just drop us a line, and we’ll confirm in a jiffy.

How do you ensure food quality during delivery?Our food is packed with care in temperature-controlled containers to ensure it arrives as fresh and tasty as when it left our kitchen. We know how important presentation is, so we make sure everything looks just as good as it tastes when it reaches your office or event.

I’m planning a big corporate event. Can you handle it?Large events are our jam! Whether it’s a corporate celebration, an office party, 200 individual boxes delivered to everyones house by 11am or an all-day conference, we’ve got the experience and the team to make it a success. Just reach out with the details, and we’ll work with you to create a catering plan that impresses your guests and keeps everyone well-fed.
